Tracey Wilson - Managing Director - BPP

Tracey has been Managing Director of BPP Newcastle for the last four years.

Her passion for teaching first started when she qualified as an aerobics instructor in the early 1990's. A career change led her to study Accountancy and Finance at Northumbria University where she graduated with first class honours. Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with Robson Laidler in Jesmond she could no longer resist the teaching bug and headed off to join BPP in London as a tax tutor.

Tracey currently teaches Taxation and Financial Reporting at the Newcastle centre.

David Bowman, Managing Consultant, Finance division, Nigel Wright

David is responsible for placing senior qualified accountants with clients in the North of the region and Cumbria. Dave is an ACA and trained wiith Deloitte in Newcastle. He transferred to the Toronto office with Deloitte where he spent a further 2 years before returning to the Newcastle office. He progressed to senior manager and was responsible for a broad mix of clients ranging from plcs to owner managed businesses. Dave joined Nigel Wright in 2004.

Alan Gibson, Equality consultant, Acas North East

Alan has worked for Acas for over twenty years and has a wealth of knowledge covering a broad spectrum of Acas’ activities. He is an experienced Conciliator and mediator.

Alan has spent the last six years as a trainer delivering high quality products to Acas’ many clients. He is CIPD qualified and holds their Certificate in Training Practice. He is also a fully accredited Acas trainer. He is currently Acas’ Equality adviser responsible for the delivery of the core aspects of this demanding subject to employers and business organisations throughout the North East.

Alan has worked with some of the biggest organisations in the region. His many clients include North Tyneside Council, Arriva Plc, SembCorp UK, Kerry Foods, South Tyneside College, UNISON and The Sage Gateshead.
